Lotus Flower Garden Trail

When R told me there is wild lotus in Singapore. I didn't believe him (Er... just like I didn't believe him when he told me there are monkeys and durian trees in Singapore. Hahaha). Not until R drove me to the place and I saw hundreds of lotus flower plants in front of me.
We have been returning to the place since. I just like to spend a few minutes there, watching the lotus plants swaying with the winds. I enjoy doing it but I am not sure whether R enjoy it as much. Hehehe...
I got to know that the place is called 'Lotus Flower Garden Trail'. It's located near Turut Track, where BBC Far Eastern Relay Station is.

*There was once when we went, the plants were infested with some pink color parasites and it was really a sad sight. The parasites almost 'ate out' all the plants. I was worried that lotus plants will be forever gone I told R I am going to take some pictures of the horrible scene, send them to my friend who's working for the paper and hopefully alert the NPark or some conservative organisations about the problem. R said it's a stupid idea and told me that the plants will survive.

Well, as you can see, they survived!

Looks like a real nice, beautiful place. Serene and tranquil.
